William B. Salley, Jr. practices in the areas of workers' compensation (on the job injuries), personal injury and criminal defense. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of Charleston in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1990.

Mr. Salley currently serves as President for Injured Workers’ Advocates, an organization comprised of attorneys dedicated to protecting the rights of injured workers and their families in South Carolina. Mr. Salley is heavily involved in workers' compensation issues and is frequently asked to speak on workers' compensation related topics. He is a Former Assistant Solicitor for the 5th Judicial Circuit, Former Special Federal Prosecutor and Former Law Clerk for the Honorable Edward B. Cottingham. Mr. Salley is admitted to practice in South Carolina State and Federal Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
